Dr. Sunit Tyagi
He has been leading the company since 2009 with a vision for cutting-edge renewable energy
solutions. A distinguished researcher and innovator, he has pioneered advancements in solar
and wind energy. With a Ph.D. from RPI, USA, and a BTech from IIT Bombay, Dr. Tyagi
previously held key leadership roles at Intel, driving breakthroughs in semiconductor
technology. He holds 17+ global patents and is an IEEE EDS Distinguished Lecturer. His
expertise spans renewable energy, semiconductor devices, and sustainable innovation, making
him a respected leader in the industry.
Dr. Hemanshu Bhatt
He leads groundbreaking innovations in renewable energy. Under his leadership, InSolare
pioneered Indigenous PEM technology and advanced electrolyzer designs, with patents pending.
With a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and degrees from IIT Bombay, he has 25+ years of expertise
in solar, semiconductors, and material science. Previously, he held key roles at Wipro, ON
Semiconductor, and NASA Glenn Research Center. A prolific inventor, he holds 30+ global
patents. His leadership in hydrogen technologies and clean energy solutions cements
InSolare’s position at the forefront of the global energy transition.
Navashil Sharma
He drives the company’s growth as a leader in renewable energy solutions. With 22+ years of
experience in electrical engineering, he blends technical expertise with strategic
leadership. He holds an MTech from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA, and has shaped
InSolare’s vision since 2012. Previously, at Intel Corporation (US & India), he led
teams in pioneering silicon technologies. At InSolare, he spearheads market expansion,
financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, fostering innovation and excellence. His
leadership continues to position InSolare as a trusted industry name, delivering
high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective renewable energy solutions.
Mr. Kai Taraporevala
Kai is a seasoned Non-Executive Director, advising Asianand international companies on
corporate governance,business growth, and sustainability. With 30+ years infinance and
investment banking, he has managed P&L forfirms from startups to Tata Securities. An IIT
Delhi andUniversity of Dundee physics graduate, Kai also holds anMBA from INSEAD. He founded
India Advisory Partnersand led Tata Capital’s investment banking division. Athought leader,
he writes on corporate governance andconducts leadership workshops. Co-author of
ValueCreation for Owners and Directors, he blends scienceand business for strategic growth
and sustainability.
Pooja Bahry
Pooja Bahry, one of India’s first women Insolvency Professionals under IBC 2016. A Gold
Medalist from SRCC, she has over eight years of expertise in Resolution Insolvency and
Liquidation under IBC and more than 22 years in Stressed Assets management. She has handled
10+ landmark cases under IBC, represented India at the World Bank and actively contributes
to shaping insolvency laws through high-profile resolutions and landmark legal precedents.
She regularly acts as a Faculty on behalf of IBBI, various IPAs, Government authorities,
MCA, Taxation authorities, various Law universities etc to develop the Insolvency regime in
the country.
Gajanan V Gandhe
He recently took over as the CEO and MD of RSB Transmissions (I) limited, prior to which he
was Country Head and VP of Dana India and MD of IAC Group in India. Gajanan spent over 14
years in the USA, 6 in China and the rest in India spanning a career of over 34 years in the
automotive sector. In Dana India, he has grown Dana India revenues from $ 350 M in 2019 to
over $900M+ by 2024 through organic and inorganic means in electrification and ICE
technology initiatives. An IIT Bombay alumnus, MS and MBA from the United States and a
Harvard AMP graduate, he actively mentors startups and champions corporate governance,
sustainability, and CSR initiatives.
